Nearly 1,300 graduates walk in 2026 Columbia Basin College ceremonies

Columbia Basin College held its 2026 commencement ceremonies on Thursday at the Toyota Center in Kennewick.

The 1,280 graduates were honored at three separate ceremonies during the day. In all, 2,300 students earned degrees.

Business, Career & Technical Education, Computer Science; Math, Science, & Engineering degrees were handed out in the first ceremony.

Another ceremony honored students receiving degrees for Health Sciences, undecided degrees and CBC High School completion programs, including GED, High School+, High School Academy, High School Completion, and Soar to Success.

And the Arts, Humanities, & Communications, Education; Social & Behavioral Science degrees were in the final event Thursday.
