Richland student earns graduate certificate from Park University

Michael James Mead of Richland was awarded a graduate certificate in disaster and emergency management from Park University.

He received the certificate at the university’s Kansas City Area Commencement ceremony Dec. 10 at the Community of Christ Auditorium in Missouri.

The University had 213 students receive a master’s degree or a graduate certificate, and 249 students receive a bachelor’s degree, associate degree or undergraduate certificate.
