Local franchisee to head national board

The owner of several Mid-Columbia Sylvan Learning centers has been elected president of the Sylvan Learning franchise Owners Association for 2017.

Randy Way owns Sylvan Learning centers in Richland, Kennewick and Yakima. He formerly served as an at-large member of the franchise owners board.

Sylvan Learning serves students through high school at 600 locations in North America.
