Pasco police seek man wanted for escaping custody

A Basin City man is wanted by Pasco police for escaping community custody in a drive-by shooting case.

Victor Manuel Garcia, 20, has a Department of Corrections warrant for his arrest for the escape charge, according to authorities.

Tri-Cities Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward up to $1,000 for information leading to his arrest.

Garcia is 5-foot-6, 145 pounds, with tattoos on his face and neck.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 509-586-TIPS or 800-222-TIPS.
