Kennewick man’s car slams into Pasco street lamp post

A Kennewick man was arrested for crashing his car into a street lamp in Pasco Wednesday night.

Juan Camargo-Salazar, 29, drove down the sidewalk and slammed into the pole about 10 p.m. between 12th and 13th Avenue on Clark Street, police said. Nearby roads were closed because of down power lines.

Camargo-Salazar was booked into Franklin County jail on holds for driving under the influence.

No one was hurt.
