Richland man sought on drug possession and assault charges

Kennewick police and Tri-City Crime Stoppers are looking for a Richland man who failed to appear in court.

Troy Allen McCowan III, 26, of Richland, is charged with assault and possession of ecstasy. He is 6-foot-3 and 190 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He has tattoos of a flag on his right forearm and of a lion on his left shoulder.
