Kennewick driver slams car into tree
A Kennewick man was cited for negligent driving when he lost control of his car Tuesday and hit a tree in Kennewick.
Jimmy L. Rowly, 39, was headed east on Seventh Avenue just after noon when he lost control while trying to turn left onto Highway 395 and his 1990 Mercedes-Benz struck a tree, said the Washington State Patrol.
Rowly was taken to Trios Southridge Hospital where he was treated and later released.
