Franklin County looking for Pasco molestation suspect

Franklin County Sheriff’s officials and Tri-Cities Crime Stoppers are searching for a Pasco man who is awaiting trial for child molestation but can’t be found.

Refugio Palma-Hernandez, 43, of Pasco, is wanted on charges of first- and second-degree child molestation. He is described as being 5-foot-6, 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information on his location is asked to call Tri-Cities Crime Stoppers at 509-586-8477 or 800-222-8477.

Tips can also be submitted online at tricitiescrimestoppers.org. Callers can remain anonymous and could receive up to a $1,000 reward.
