An Othello man was arrested in Pasco for allegedly breaking into a semi-truck Sunday.

Pasco police and deputies from the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office responded to calls at 4 p.m. of a suspicious person near a fenced-off property near the 7100 block of North Railroad Avenue. There they found Joshua C. Devleming, 23, inside of a company’s truck.

Devleming tried running from deputies and police before he was caught, Pasco police said. He was booked into the Franklin County jail on investigation of first-degree burglary and third-degree assault.
