Police are looking for leads on a fire that torched a Kennewick homeowner’s fence Tuesday morning.

Kennewick police and fire arrived at the 600 block of South Dayton Street after a homeowner heard loud popping noises and saw her fence in flames around 10 a.m.

Witnesses saw several people set off fireworks behind the home on July 4, Kennewick police said.
