Pasco man wanted for escaping from community custody

The Benton County Sheriff’s office and Tri-Cities Crime Stoppers are searching for a man who escaped from community custody.

Victor Luna-Chiprez, 24, of Pasco, is wanted on eight other active warrants in Benton and Franklin counties for noncompliance.

Luna-Chiprez is described as 5-foot-7, 154 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He has a tattoo of an “M” with an arrow on his right shoulder, a tattoo on his left shoulder and another on his left forearm.
