Kennewick woman injured in cable bridge crash
A Kennewick woman was taken to Lourdes Medical Center in Pasco after a collision Thursday afternoon on the cable bridge, according to the Washington State Patrol.
Juana Rios, 36, was driving south about 1 p.m. in a Toyota FJ Cruiser when she was struck from behind by a Nissan pickup driven by Wendoly Astudillo-Campo, 31, of Pasco, the state patrol said.
Both drivers were wearing seat belts. Astudillo-Campo was uninjured and will be charged with negligent driving, the state patrol said.
