Police: Man in unmarked van offering children ice cream in West Richland

West Richland police are asking people to keep an eye out for a man in an unmarked van approaching children and offering to sell them ice cream.

Authorities received several complaints about the man on Monday, a release said. The van only had a 12th Man sticker and at least one of the witnesses who called police said there was no ice cream in the van at all.

Police are still investigating the incidents.
