Pasco cops nab one burglar, still looking for the second

Pasco police are looking for a tattooed burglary suspect who fled while his companion was captured.

Police are seeking Javier Osvaldo Velasquez, 25, of Kennewick, following a Saturday afternoon residential burglary in the 200 block of North Second. Police caught a female suspect, Julie Ann Lakowske, 27, but her companion was able to get away.

Lakowske was booked into the Franklin County Jail on an investigative hold for residential burglary.

Velasquez has several facial tattoos, including one over his left eye that says “gangster”. anyone with information about his whereabouts is encouraged to call 509-545-3510.
