Railroad seeks hit-and-run minivan driver

The Tri-City Railroad Company needs your help finding a hit-and-run driver who took out a railroad crossing arm Friday on Steptoe Street in Richland.

A witness reported a tan, older-model Ford Windstar minivan crashing through the crossing arm and continuing to drive ahead of an approaching train shortly after 11 a.m.
