The trial in the October death of a Pasco teen has been delayed to Sept. 12.

Nathan T. Quintero and Jaden F. Quintero agreed to the continuance during a hearing this week in Franklin County Superior Court.

The brothers are being tried together for fatally shooting George Garcia Thacker.

Nathan, 23, and Jaden, 18, each face one count of first-degree murder.

Garcia Thacker’s body was found Oct. 7 a few feet from his car on West River Street, near the cable bridge.

The 18-year-old was shot five times in the head and neck, possibly at close range with his own gun, court documents show.

A witness reported seeing the Quinteros get into Garcia Thacker’s car a short time earlier, documents said.
