A man and woman were arrested late Saturday in Pasco in connection to the theft of donated items from St. Joseph’s Catholic School in Kennewick.

Kennewick police had sought the public’s help in identifying a man and woman driving a white pick up truck who were caught on surveillance video stealing the items from the private school. The items were intendented to be used in a charity sale benefiting St. Joseph’s.

A call came in informing officers a truck matching the description was at the Sage’n Sun Motel on 10th Avenue in Pasco. All the stolen property was found, including a rug from Saudi Arabia that a family had mistakenly donated.
