Suspect sought in assault at Richland car wash

Richland police are searching for a man who twice struck another man at a car wash.

The assault happened April 27, police said. The suspect approached the victim April 27 at a car wash and hit him before getting back into his car and driving away. The car is believed to be a silver Volkswagen Jetta.
