Trike stolen from Kennewick school returned

A tricycle stolen from a Kennewick learning center has been returned and a juvenile faces theft charges.

Kennewick police said they identified the juveniles seen in surveillance footage from Keewaydin Discovery Center on Conway Place.

The tricycle was made for special needs children and was taken earlier in the week.

Police thanked community members for the tips used in finding the suspect.
