Large rock damages vehicles on Kennewick’s Clearwater Avenue

Kennewick police are searching for suspects who placed a large rock in the middle of Clearwater Avenue that damaged at least two vehicles.

The rock was near the intersection with McKinley Street, police said. One of the vehicles damaged had its front passenger side wheel torn away and part of the car’s body damaged.

Police said it appears the rock was placed deliberately to damage passing vehicles.
