Man sought after fleeing Tri-Cities work release center

Police are searching for a man who fled a Tri-City work release center after refusing to take a drug test.

Anthony M. Herrera, 23, who also goes by the name Pee Wee, was originally convicted for narcotics violations. He is 5-foot-8, weighs 165 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. He also has numerous tattoos on his face, neck, chest and arms.
