Sunnyside man killed in rollover crash near Yakima-Klickitat county line

A Sunnyside man died Sunday afternoon after the car he was driving struck an embankment and rolled.

Francisco J. Atanacio, 32, was driving a Honda Accord on Alderdale Road just north of the Klickitat-Yakima county border when he failed to make a right turn, a Washington State Patrol release said. The Accord struck the embankment, rolled over and came to rest on its wheels.

Atanacio died at the scene.
