Kennewick police seek man suspected of raping child

Kennewick police are seeking a 38-year-old Kennewick man on suspicion of second-degree child rape after an underage girl gave birth Friday to a baby at Trios Women’s and Children’s Hospital.

After officers were alerted, they named Neftali S. Guevara as the suspect.
