A 29-year-old Tri-City man was arrested after police say he threatened to kill his girlfriend.

Kennewick police were called to a house on the 600 block of S. Buntin Street shortly before midnight Wednesday for a report of a domestic disturbance.

A woman reported that Michael Rogers was pounding on her window and yelling that he was going to kill her then kill himself, police said. The woman, who is Rogers’ girlfriend, was inside with her three children.

Rogers left and returned to the house about an hour and a half later, police said.
