Benton City woman wanted for skipping court, escaping custody

A Benton City woman is being sought by the Benton County Sheriff’s Office for failing to appear in court on a drug charge and escaping from community custody.

Kimberly Valle Downey, 32, who also goes by Kimberly Bowen, is 5-foot-6, weighs 145 pounds and has blonde to red hair and green eyes, a release said.

She also has flowers tattoos on her right ankle and left foot and a tattoo of a Celtic symbol on her back.
