Police searching for leads in Kennewick arson

Police are searching for leads to determine who purposely torched a Dodge Avenger in a Kennewick parking lot.

The car was set on fire Tuesday afternoon while parked in the lot on the 1300 block of W. Seventh Pl., police said.

Crews arrived as flames engulfed the car. No injuries were reported.

Police are asking for the public’s help to identify a suspect in the arson case.
