Police: Walla Walla woman abducted, raped by three suspects
Police say a 20-year-old woman was abducted from Walla Walla by three suspects and sexually assaulted.
The woman was tied up, placed in a trunk for several hours and eventually let go in Umatilla County, Ore., according to the Walla Walla Police Department.
The kidnapping happened either late Monday night or early Tuesday morning.
Police have arrested two men and a teen in girl in the case, which was apparently drug related.
Bailee K. Foster, 18, and D’Sean Marks, 23, were booked into jail on suspicion of first-degree rape, first-degree kidnapping, first-degree robbery, possession of methamphetamine, assault and theft.
The third suspected allegedly involved in the kidnapping, Shawn A. Crump, 24, will also face similar charges, police said.
Police tried to stop a minivan with Foster and Marks inside on Tuesday night in Walla Walla, police said. Foster was driving and took off before eventually crashing into an SUV and wall.
Another man in the van, Ismael A. Rojas-Barcott, 24, was arrested on warrants and possession of methamphetamine charges, police said. He is not believed to be involved in the abduction.
Detectives learned Crump was at a house on Orchard Street in Walla Walla. He was arrested a few hours after the chase.
Police say they found a “large chunk” of methamphetamine on Crump.
