Tips lead to arrests of 2 Pasco burglars
Two suspected burglars were arrested Tuesday in Pasco thanks to tips from alert neighbors.
The first break-in was reported about 6:30 a.m. when a neighbor heard smashing and shuffling noises at the Aguilar’s Restaurant at 1515 W. Lewis St.
Officers investigated and found Jesse Tyler Dye, 20, a transient, inside. He was booked into the Franklin County jail on investigation of burglary, said police.
Then about 1:40 p.m., a neighbor on the 500 block of Road 38 called 911 to report someone sneaking around a neighbor’s house.
The suspect, Rhami Karief Marshall, 36, was the neighbor’s relative, but he had been kicked out months earlier, police said. He was arrested on suspicion of residential burglary.
Anyone with information on the cases is asked to call Pasco police at 509-545-3421.
