Pasco man held on $25,000 bail for child molestation
A Pasco man pleaded innocent Tuesday to allegations he sexually assaulted a girl and told her to keep quiet about it.
Benito Sanchez-Valladares, 36, faces a March 23 trial in Franklin County Superior Court on one count of first-degree child molestation.
The girl, when interviewed last month by law enforcement, gave the exact same details about the alleged sexual assault that she revealed to a parent the day after the incident, court documents show.
Sanchez-Valladares is in the Franklin County jail on $25,000 bail and an Immigration and Customs Enforcement hold.
