Pasco firefighters douse nightclub roof fire

A small fire broke out on the roof of the Golden Nugget nightclub, but it was quickly put out and caused no significant damage.

Flames ignited Friday afternoon as a crew was working on a new roof at the building on South Fourth Avenue, police said.

No injuries were reported. Pasco police and fire units responded to the scene.
