Pasco man wanted on multiple warrants

Pasco police are asking the public for help finding a man wanted on several warrants for failing to appear in court.

Victor Manuel Morfin-Valencia, 26, has failed to appear in court on charges of illegal possession of a firearm, possession of a controlled substance and felony charges for eluding police and malicious mischief.

Morfin-Valencia’s last known residence is in Pasco. He is 5-foot-10 and weighs 276 pounds. He has black hair, brown eyes and a tattoo of a skeleton’s hand on his right hand.
