Kennewick police are investigating the theft of a package from a porch in the 400 block of South Penn Street at almost midnight Wednesday.

The suspect abandoned a blue car near First Avenue and Roosevelt Street, then fled on foot.

The previous owner of the car told police that they sold the car a month ago to a man named Roberto.

Anyone who has information on the identity of the suspect is encouraged to contact police at 509-628-0333 or 586-TIPS.
