Driver jailed for DUI after crashing into Kennewick fence, parked cars
The driver of a pickup that crashed into a fence and several unoccupied vehicles Sunday night in Kennewick was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.
Kennewick police responded to a report of a brown 1982 Chevy pickup that crashed into a residential fence in the 200 block of West 10th Avenue as well as several parked unoccupied vehicles in a driveway in the 1000 block of South Benton Street.
The driver, Diana M. Jennings, 56, was not uninjured but appeared to be under the influence of narcotics, police said. She was booked into jail on suspicion of driving under the influence and with a suspended driver’s license. Jennings also had no vehicle insurance.
