Kennewick police to swear in new officer

The Kenneiwck Police Department will swear in a new officer, Oscar Quinones, on Thursday.

Quinones was raised in Toppenish and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and law and justice from Central Washington University and University of Washington. He previously worked as a reserve deputy and corrections officer with the Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office.
