Police: Former co-owner arrested in Pasco pizza parlor burglary

Police arrested a Pasco man in connection with a break-in at a pizza parlor after a witness recognized him as a former co-owner of the business.

Figaro’s Pizza in West Pasco was burglarized shortly before midnight Friday and a large sum of cash was stolen from a locked safe, police said.

Police showed the witness surveillance footage from the restaurant and Nicholas Trowbridge, 23, was identified as the suspect, police said.

Police allege Trowbridge broke into the store after it had closed.

Investigators arrested Trowbridge on Saturday and searched his car and apartment for evidence.

While searching the apartment, police arrested a 20-year-old man for outstanding warrants and booked him into the Benton County jail.

Trowbridge was booked into the Franklin County jail on suspicion of second-degree burglary.

Anyone with information about the break-in is asked to call police at 509-545-3510.
