Police: Man points gun during dispute at Kennewick car dealership

A Benton City man was arrested outside a Kennewick car dealership for allegedly pointing a gun at another man during an argument.

Police say Miqueas Garcia-Guiterrez, 37, pulled the .32-caliber handgun on a Pasco man during the dispute Wednesday night at Smart Car Leasing and Sales on West Columbia Drive.

Officers found Garcia-Guiterrez in a Ford Focus outside the building and ordered him out, police said. A search of the car turned up the handgun.

Garcia-Guiterrez was booked into the Benton County jail on suspicion of assault and being a felon in possession of a firearm.
