Pasco cars vandalized Halloween night

Several cars in the Pasco neighborhood near North Road 84 and Chapel Hill Boulevard were vandalized Halloween night.

Pasco police report that car keys appeared to have been used to scratch the word “candy” onto the cars. Most of the car owners were not home or had their lights off.
