Burglary investigation leads Kennewick police to stolen property

Items stolen in several burglaries across the Tri-Cities were found during the search of a Kennewick home.

Jewelry, electronics and collectable items were discovered Tuesday at the house on the 500 block of W. 28th Ave.

Police searched the house in connection with an investigation into break-ins dating back to 2014 in Kennewick, Richland and West Richland.

David Tobias Jr., 33, was arrested at the house and booked into the Benton County jail on suspicion of residential burglary. He also had a felony arrest warrant.

Police have returned a majority of the stolen items to victims.
