Walla Walla teen arrested for recording boys in Toyota Center bathroom

A 17-year-old was arrested after he was allegedly caught videotaping two boys in a Toyota Center bathroom during a hockey game.

A relative of the boys, ages 6 and 8, apparently spotted the suspect recording and confronted him, police said.

The Walla Walla teen was arrested by off-duty Kennewick police officers working security at the game on Oct. 17.

He was booked into the Benton-Franklin Juvenile Justice Center on suspicion of voyeurism. Police did not release the teen’s name.

Kennewick police say the teen admitted to recording dozens of others previously.
