Fire officials told the Herald a resident was treated for small cuts.

Pasco police arrested a suspect allegedly involved in the altercation, though his name or details of the incident were not released.

There has been an ongoing dispute between neighbors in the complex over dog poop not being picked up, said Leeroy Hendren, a resident who lives in the complex and has several dogs.

Hendren said a man staying with him got into a fight with a neighbor after the neighbor reportedly threw dog poop onto the window of an apartment.
