A Kennewick party turned into a brawl early Wednesday left two women hurt, one man in jail and another wanted by police.

Several people were having a party at the Clearwater Square apartments about 3:45 a.m. when Ramiro Campos Castro, 19, of Kennewick, and Adrian Perez-Buenrostro, 25, of Pasco began fighting, said police Commander Ryan Kelly.

A witness told investigators that the commotion began after Campos Castro saw his ex-girlfriend with her new boyfriend.

A fight erupted inside an apartment unit, and Perez-Buenrostro allegedly tried throwing a television at two women, Kelly said. And Campos Castro also allegedly hit the women.

The fight spilled out into the parking lot, and neighbors called police.

By the time officers arrived, they found several people still in the parking lot and most refused to talk with the police. The injured women did not need to be hospitalized.

Perez-Buenrostro was arrested nearby and booked into the Benton County jail on suspicion of second-degree assault.

Campos Castro left the area before police arrived and is wanted on suspicion of fourth-degree assault, Kelly said.

Anyone with information about the fight is asked to contact Kennewick police using the non-emergency dispatch number 509-628-0333.
