A 15-year-old girl may not be the only victim of a Prosser suspect accused of raping a teen after offering her vapes, say police.
Otoniel Parraga, 22, was arrested Wednesday after a teen came forward, but court documents say two other girls — one in Kennewick and another in Richland — reported similar assaults.
Benton County sheriff’s investigators said this week they believe Parraga used TikTok and the chat application Discord to reach out to other girls.
“Many of these individuals have not yet been identified,” said the sheriff’s office. “Detectives are working to determine whether additional victims may exist and are actively attempting to make contact.”
Parraga drives a 2002 Toyota Celica with a Washington license plate number of BQB2183. The car has a large spoiler, black interior and white lettering on the passenger-side windshield, the release said.
He is currently being held in the Benton County jail on suspicion of third-degree child rape, commercial sex abuse of a minor and communicating with a minor for immoral purposes. Bail is set at $150,000.
He allegedly reached out to the teen using a TikTok account with the profile name of “509 biggie” and the username “@509_plug.tri.”
Court documents said that he commented on a funny video she had shared on her account. As they talked, he offered her alcohol or vapes.
When they met up, he allegedly demanded sex in exchange for the vapes. He then raped her and left without providing anything, court documents said.
