Drive-by shooting sends bullets into home, vehicles in Pasco neighborhood

Pasco Police are investigating a drive-by shooting early Monday morning, around 12:50 a.m., in the 3200 block of West Ella Street. Officers responded to a report of 4-5 shots in the neighborhood. An early Monday drive-by shooting in Pasco sent a bullet through the front door of a home and damaged vehicles.

Witnesses reported hearing four or five gunshots about 12:55 a.m. on the 3200 block of West Ella Street, just southwest of the Interstate 182 and Highway 395 interchange, according to dispatch reports.

At least one shot went through the front door of the home. It’s not clear how many people were inside at the time, but police said no one was hurt.

Witnesses reported seeing people running from the area, and before getting into a car, according to dispatch reports.

Police found shell casings in the area.

No one has been arrested in connection with the shooting, Pasco Lt. Tom Groom told the Tri-City Herald. Investigators believe the shooter was targeting a home in the area.
