Several people called 911 about 11:50 p.m. on Thursday after hearing multiple gunshots near West Canal Drive and North Arthur Street, Kennewick police said in a Facebook post. Witnesses reported seeing two young men in dark clothing running from the area and a car speeding away.
When officers arrived they found two apartments in the same four-plex had been hit, but no one inside had been hurt, Kennewick Officer Fernando Ramos told the Tri-City Herald.
