A crash shut down a busy Kennewick intersection around noon Wednesday and required an unconscious woman to be freed from her vehicle.
An SUV and pickup collided in the middle of the crossing at 10th Avenue and Union Street on Wednesday.
According to officers on the scene, multiple people were taken to the hospital. Their injuries were not life-threatening.

The crash shut down the intersection for about an hour until they could clear the cars away.
It’s not clear how the crash happened at this point or the ages of the people involved.
