32-year-old shot in a Tri-Cities restaurant parking lot. Suspect still on the run

A 32-year-old man was shot in the abdomen in a Pasco restaurant parking lot on Monday night.

Police were called to the El Mirador Restaurant on 20th Avenue about 9:50 p.m. after someone reported her husband was shot, according to Pasco police and reports from dispatchers.

Officers performed first aid, before Pasco firefighters arrived and took him to a local hospital where he was recovering Tuesday.

The suspected shooter drove off before police arrived, said Sgt. Rigo Pruneda.
