Tri-Cities man shot several times waiting in a car at a gas pump
A passenger in a car was shot and seriously wounded Saturday night while he was sitting at a gas pump in Pasco.
Someone shot at the car several times while it was at the Metro Mart gas station at the corner of 10th Avenue and Lewis Street about 10:30 p.m., said Pasco police Sgt. Rigo Pruneda.
The shooter and another man then sped away in a SUV. The suspects are believed to be about 18 to 25 years old.
The victim was hit several times and taken to a local hospital, where he’s expected to recover, said Pruneda.
No other information was released about the incident.
