Drunk driver arrested after going wrong way for 5 miles on I-82 toward Tri-Cities

A suspected drunk driver was arrested Monday afternoon for forcing several cars off the highway as she drove the wrong way from Oregon toward the Tri-Cities.

Gail Annette Feldman, 56, was booked into the Benton County jail for DUI and held without bail, jail records show.

Washington State Patrol Trooper Chris Thorson shared a picture on Twitter of a Mazda stopped off Interstate 82 at Coffin Road just outside Kennewick.

He said the woman drove the wrong way for about five miles on I-82 before being stopped by troopers and arrested.
