This robber used a sawed-off shotgun to hold up a Tri-Cities store

Police are hunting a robber who held up a Clark Street convenience store late Wednesday.

The suspect came into Xpress Mart at 9:20 p.m. near the corner with 18th Avenue with a sawed-off shotgun, Pasco police said. He demanded cash and cigarettes.

After the clerk handed it over, he left in a red sedan.

The man was described as being in his 30s, dressed in a blue checkered sweatshirt, white gloves and a khaki pants.
