Update: Pasco shooting leaves one dead and 2 wounded, suspects on the run
Pasco police confirmed an adult male is dead at the shooting scene they responded to Wednesday evening.
Two other males were also wounded and taken to local hospitals for treatment, according to police officials.
Officers closed off areas near the 1900 block of East Lewis Street just after 6 p.m. to search for two to three suspects.
They also were looking for a white car that was seen leaving the area near Virgie Robinson Elementary School.
SWAT team officers also were being called in to help, along with other law enforcement agencies.
